Before you apply for a C1 ambulance driving licence, you will need a full CAT B (manual car licence).You are eligible for the car licence if you are 18 years of age. If you are not having a manual car licence then you can apply for it from DVLA (driver and vehicle licence agency). Once you have your licence, you can take up the 7.5 ton ambulance training and then sit for your ambulance licence tests. One should be medically fit to make sure there are safer driving experiences.
